Terms & Conditions ApiTherapy & Forest Therapy

Please read the following carefully before participating. By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of Our Therapies

Our wellness experiences are rooted in traditional practices designed to support relaxation, rest, and overall well-being.

ApiTherapy (Bee Beds Therapy): Takes place in an active apiary environment. Guests rest above beehives, immersed in the natural vibration, warmth, and sound of the hive.

ApiPuncture (Bee Venom Therapy): A peaceful treatment where concentrated bee venom is applied to specific energy points, releasing a warming sensation that reduces inflammation, eases tension, and restores deep balance.

Forest Therapy: A guided, immersive experience in a natural setting, encouraging connection with nature through open-ended invitations.

Important: All therapies are wellness-based experiences and are not medical treatments. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare.

provider regarding any medical concerns and do not replace professional medical advice with these experiences.

2. Health Considerations & Suitability

Please assess your own physical and emotional readiness before booking.

ApiTherapy is NOT suitable if you:

  • Have allergy to bee stings, insect venom, or related sensitivities
  • Have respiratory conditions, panic disorders, or heightened sensitivity to enclosed spaces, sound, or vibration
  • Are unsure whether this experience is appropriate for your health
  • DibPine Sancturay is suitable for most, but please consider if you:
  • Have mobility limitations that may affect walking on uneven terrain (please contact us to discuss accessibility)
  • Have severe allergies to pollen, insects, or any elements in nature
  • Have medical conditions that may be affected by time spent outdoors in varying weather

3. Inherent Risks & Personal Responsibility

Participation in both therapies is voluntary. By booking, you acknowledge that you are choosing to engage in experiences that take place within natural environments, which carry inherent risks.

For Apitherapy:

  • Sessions take place above active beehives. Guests aren’t in direct contact with the bees. The structure provides protective covering.
  • However, bees are living creatures. There is always a small risk of being stung, particularly when entering or exiting the space.
  • Bees are consistently entering and exiting their hives, meaning there will always be bees in motion around the cabins.

For Forest Therapy:

  1. Sessions take place on uneven, natural terrain with associated risks such as slips, trips, and falls.
  2. You will be exposed to natural elements including weather, insects, and wildlife.

4. Guest Conduct & Session Guidelines

To preserve the natural environment and the comfort of all guests, participants agree to follow all posted guidelines and instructions provided by your guide.

For Both Therapies:

  • Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time for orientation
  • Wear clothing and footwear appropriate for the both the activity, the environment and for the weather
  • Turn off mobile devices during the session
  • Refrain from using strong scents, perfumes, or body sprays
  • Follow all safety instructions provided by your guide

Additional for Apitherapy

  • Maintain a quiet, calm environment within the Bee Bed Hut
  • Bring water only (no food, mints, gum, or sugary drinks)
  • Failure to follow guidelines may result in a session being shortened or ended without refund.

5. Liability Waiver

By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of participating in natural wellness experiences. You agree to release DibPine Sancturay, its owners, operators, guides, and affiliates from liability for injuries, stings, allergic reactions, accidents, or other adverse effects that may occur during or after participation.

All guests will be required to review and sign a separate liability waiver prior to participation.
